Mr. Swallow delves into the background and motivations of the female Vulcan who so deeply affected Spock. fans of the original series and motion photos know that Spock is not so easily swayed to befriend any one. There have been countless speculations about Valeris’ and Spock’s relationship, and this novel promises to help us realize a lot more about Valeris’ evolution as an individual as well as a Vulcan, why she to the actions she did throughout the Gorkon conspiracy, and about her unapologetic nature when she was confronted by the truth. Critics have warned that in the event you expect to learn a lot more about her connection to Spock which you will not find it in this novel.
